What If I Get Seasick?
If you’re prone to seasickness, it’s best to take your medication at least 30 minutes before boarding. Feeling unwell during the trip? Don’t worry — we’ve got medication onboard and a cozy spot for you to rest.
Is there an age limit to join a trip?
There’s no age limit—everyone is welcome! All individuals, including infants, are counted as a guest and must wear properly fitting life jackets for safety.
Are life jackets provided for children ?
Our yacht is equipped with lifejackets suitable for children from 15kg onwards. If you are bringing an infant or child below 15kg, you are required to inform us in advance and provide an appropriate infant-sized lifejacket for their use during the charter. For safety reasons, infants and children must wear their lifejackets at all times while onboard. The Company shall not be held liable for any incident arising from failure to provide or use a suitable infant lifejacket.
Are Pets Allowed?
As much as we love furry friends, pets aren’t allowed onboard for safety reasons.
Is There Wi-Fi Onboard?
Wi-Fi is available, but we encourage you to disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with nature. Please note that mobile data coverage may be limited around the islands.
What If It Rains on My Trip?
A little rain? No problem — we sail unless it’s unsafe.
DYS will proceed unless the captain or maritime authorities advise otherwise.
We don’t offer refunds if you cancel due to weather forecasts (e.g., cloudy skies, light rain, or possible showers).
⚠️ Important: If you assume the trip is cancelled and don’t show up, it’s considered a no-show.
What Happens if I Need to Cancel My Trip?
Life happens — we get it! Here’s how cancellations work:
You may reschedule the Cruise Charter to a later date within a one-month notice period, subject to availability.
Do I Need to Pay a Deposit?
No deposit required. Your full payment confirms your booking and locks in your date.
Can I Extend My Charter Time?
Absolutely! as long as the yacht isn’t booked right after your slot! Additional charges apply! Just check with the captain during your trip, and if there are no back-to-back bookings, we’ll gladly extend your charter time (subject to availability).
What Happens in an Emergency?
Our experienced captain is trained for all situations. Your safety is the top priority, and they’ll always make the right call.
Forgot Something Onboard?
It happens! Just drop us an email at contact@destinyyachtsg.com with details, and we’ll assist you.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?
To get your preferred date and time, we recommend booking at least a month in advance, especially during weekends or holidays.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

- Bank Transfers
- Major Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)
⚠️ Credit card payments include a 3% handling fee.
Can I Add More Guests After Booking?
Each package is different. Please review the details of the package you choose. Keep in mind that every yacht has a maximum capacity, so be sure to check with us before inviting additional friends!
Is Food Included in the Price?
Unless stated, food is not included.

Can I Bring Decorations for a Special Occasion?
Yes! Balloons and non-damaging decor are welcome.
❌ Confetti, party poppers, or sparklers are Strictly NOT allowed.
Time to Decorate?
We’re happy to give you up to 30 minutes before your charter for setup — just make sure to pre-book this in advance.
Need more time? No problem! You can add extra hours to your booking ahead of time.
Friendly Reminder: Please avoid using strong adhesives or anything that could damage the yacht’s surfaces. Let’s keep everything looking great for everyone!
Is Cutlery and Glassware Provided?
Please bring your own cutlery, plates, and cups.
We recommend avoiding glassware for safety.
Do I Need My Passport?
If we’re staying in Singapore waters: No passport needed.
If we’re cruising outside Singapore, we’ll let you know in advance so you can bring it.
What’s the Itinerary Like?
Here’s a quick overview of a typical charter:
- 15 minutes before departure: Meet and greet
- Boarding & safety briefing
- Cruise past Singapore’s iconic skyline and the bustling port, spotting massive ships along the way
- Arrive at Lazarus Island (~20–25 mins cruise), where we anchor
- Crew sets up water toys, food, and beverages (or BBQ if arranged)
- Enjoy swimming, relaxing, or water activities for about 3 hours
- If your package includes it, we’ll finish with a scenic Marina Bay skyline cruise
- Then head back to the Keppel
When Is My Booking Confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed only after full payment is received. Slots are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
Using a Gift Voucher?
All gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Be sure to book your trip before it expires! Strictly no extension after it expires.
🚫 Important Notice:
Red wine or any beverages/items that can stain or damage the yacht interior are strictly not allowed onboard. Durian is Strictly not allowed.
If any damage occurs due to non-compliance, a cleaning or repair fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding in keeping the yacht in tip-top shape for everyone to enjoy!
